My favorite day of the week is a leg day when I decide to do a re-feed.

The reason is, I’ve got this friend, right. She does this baking, and stuff. And it’s MINDBLOWING. So I always get her to bake me stuff that fits my macros on my re-feed day, and she never disappoints.

This week Messi Jessi brings us some of our favorite flavours in the form of PROTEIN WAFFLES! It doesn’t get much better than this, folks..

Nutella Mini Egg Protein Waffles

Makes 2 per 1 serving

415 Calories, 10 Grams of Fat, 45 Grams of Protein and 31 Grams of Carbs

Waffle Batter

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein
    1 T cocoa powder
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 egg
    1/4 ff greek yogurt
    1 tsp/2 cup ff greek yogurt
    1 scoop vanilla protein
    8 mini eggs coconut sugar
    1/3 oat flour

Topping

  • 1/2 cup ff greek yogurt
    1 scoop vanilla protein
    8 mini eggs
    1 tsp sweetener ( adjust to taste)

 

  1. Turn on the waffle Iron!
  2. In one bowl mix together all batter ingredients.
  3. In another mix all topping ingredients.
  4. To crush mini eggs place in zip lock bag & smash with the nutella jar !
  5. Heat up a tablespoon of nutella for 30 seconds , put in a zip lock bag , cut and edge
  6. Pour a heaping 1/3 cup of batter on to iron , let that baby cook , plop the topping on , drizzle with nutella . REPEAT
