These are definately one of my favorites.

Once in awhile when Jessi is feeling nice she’ll bring in a tray of baked goodies to work for everyone to sample.

I, of course, make it my absolute mission to devour these treats as fast as possible so that no one else can take away from the deliciousness that my taste buds could experience by indulging.

Chocolate Strawberry bites are one of my favorites, and now you can try it out for yourself 🙂

Chocolate Strawberry Bites

Makes 16 Servings

Calories per Serving:

6 Grams of Fat Grams of Protein, 4 Grams of Carbs

Chocolate Batter

  • 1 banana
  • 2 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Strawberry Filling

  • 1 scoop vanilla casein *
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
  • 2 tablespoon fat free vanilla greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees
  2. Line a mini cupcake pan with 16 liners
  3. Place all batter ingredients into food processor & blend until smooth
  4. In a bowl mix together strawberry filling
  5. Pour a tablespoon of batter into each liner then top with a heaping 1/2 tsp strawberry filling
  6. Bake in oven for 10 minutes
  7. Put peanut butter in the microwave for 15 seconds then pour into zip lock bag, cut the end off & drizzle over bites

* Can sub whey for casein, just use less almond milk
